 Suspenders - what is there to say? June 27, 2010

I bought a pair from a local store for $15, decided I liked them, but the store sold out and never restocked. I checked eBay, but the prices were consistently high. I thought of checking Amazon, and not only did they have a good price, but they had a wide selection.
The suspenders themselves are more effective than stylish. But if you're pear-shaped - as I am - and you NEED suspenders to keep your pants up, these get the job done.

I took a chance that hooking the suspenders to a belt would help keep my pants up. It does not work. Everytime the straps are slipped off my shoulders (like in the bathroom) the clips come off the belt.
Additionally, the suspenders are too short for my 5'10" body.

I failed to recognize from the product description that these suspenders will not attach directly to pant waistband. There is no snap type clip on these. The clip slips over a belt worn with the pants. I normally
don't wear a belt and can"t use this type suspender. I didn't even know they made a suspender like these.
I should have figured it out from a couple of the reviews, but a better product description would hopefully
have saved me.

Very good suspenders. The belt clips work good and are heavy enough to last. I specially like the rear single belt clips. It is easy to remove the rear clips for a potty break and reattach when done...
The only problem is that the length is a bit short for big guys. Another three inches would be nice.... The elastic is good quality and comfortable under the shirt.

I found the belt clips on the spender system difficult or impossible to keep on the belt when removing the pants.
