Wrong product shipped. Reported it with the help desk, requested to ship the correct one, stressed the correct sleeve was not the plain balck sleeve and it should have a design on it. Although she agreed to what the correct product should be, when I received my second replacement, it was the same wrong one also. Called the third time, instead of fixing the problem of sending me the correct one, she decided to just offer a refund, very disappointing. I kept the wrong product without going through the refund since I needed a sleeve.
