 Great bag! September 23, 2008
My son looked everywhere for the perfect bag for school (he's 10). When I found the site on amazon with all the options to choose from he was as thrilled as I! It also arrived very fast!
 Don't trust the picture September 16, 2008
The color I ordered is not the same as in the picture. It's not drastically different, but it's enough to where I am debating whether or not to exchange it for another bag. Also, customer images show the strap as MUCH wider and longer than it actually is. I have to wonder if they didn't switch out the strap with another bag, as I am planning to do if I keep it. It's very short, and less than an inch wide, except for the shoulder pad part.

My bag arrived a bit sooner then expected which was nice. I have the dark canvas Freedom Eagle Classic messenger bag and it's great. Fits my laptop and school books. I like the fact that it has extra pockets, two which are pretty roomy, so I can carry my power cord and external hard drive. When I received it it was in perfect shape no problems so far with the clips or zippers as stated in other reviews. The stitching on mine is tight and seems durable, only time will tell though! If you look closely at the graphic on the front it is flaking off little by little, but what can I say it was a very inexpensive bag. So far it has done it's job whether or not it will hold up I will find out, hopefully not so soon though! I will post an update on it's durability within a couple of months. It's been a great bag and holds a lot of weight.

I would definatly recommend this to a friend. At my school, we are not allowed to have "backpacks" in the classroom so i just call it my "manbag" and then they cannot discriminate against me... it is a simple solution to an inconvience.

the bag is fantastic. Great casual or upscale casual style. Fits my dell 1525 widescreen perfectly too...
