So many uses for them.... March 4, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I originally got these for a study abroad program in London, with a 1 month jaunt all over Europe. I used them extensively, and now that I'm traveling less frequently, I find I rely on them for every trip! Trying to bring less and less each trip, these cubes keep my packing more realistic for short trips.
Very Nice February 13, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Lightweight, flexible and well made. Helps make packing for that next trip a breeze. What more can you ask for?
Good value February 5, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
The Rick Steves Packing Cube set is a good value. Construction is less solid than the Eagle Creek version, but they do meet the intended purpose of the cubes. One of the nicer features is the color coding. I would recommend this item if you are starting to use packing cubes in your travel preparation.
Very handy! December 9, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
These turned out to be very handy, but in a different way than I thought. I'd planned to use them to separate out different articles of clothing, but I ended up using the two smaller ones for organizing all of those cords that go with my electronics. They are also convenient for keeping in the car to stash the car adapters for ipod, cell, etc.
Better than Tupperware December 8, 2007 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
For some reason recently I used a small Tupperware box to pack my socks for a trip. This was fine till I had worn all the socks and had an empty Tupperware box taking up room in my suitcase. "If only it would fold flat," I thought. Then I found the packing cubes. They are slightly large for the width of my Samsonite carry-on suitcase. But they are scrunchable. They are lightweight with see-through mesh, everything I could want. I plan to buy at least one more set to make a Christmas gift. They're better than Tupperware, but don't use them to store deviled eggs.
